Access to the Siegel Center

• The drop-off zone for guests with disabilities is located in the front of the building near the intersection of Broad and Harrison Street.
• Accessible parking is available in the parking decks at the corner of Broad and Harrison Streets, the corner of Bowe and Marshall Streets, and the corner of Main and Laurel Streets.
• Accessible entrances are located at both main entrances at the East and West ends of the building.
• The elevator is located in the center of the lobby to allow guests access to the first (arena floor level) and third floors, event permitting. Guests with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at the elevator.

Accessible Seating

• Accessible seating options exist throughout the arena in all general seating categories and view perspectives. Accessible seating is located at the top of Sections 14,15, 32 and 35.
• Individuals who require accessible seating on game day should request assistance from a game day usher located at the entrance of each section. Ushers will provide space for individuals in need of accessible seating along with one (1) companion chair in sections 14,15, 32 or 35.

All restrooms, drinking fountains, telephones, and counters at points of service are accessible.

Siegel Center is a clear bag venue. Clear bags must not exceed 12" x 12" x 6". Small clutch or wallets must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5". All backpacks, coolers, and duffle bags are NOT allowed into the building. All other bags like medical bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the building.

The entrance to the venue is located at 1200 West Broad Street.

The Siegel Center is located at 1220 W. Broad Street, on the VCU campus. It is easily accessible by public transit and within walking distance of several parking decks.

The majority of available parking for Siegel Center events is located in two large parking decks - the West Broad Street (1111 W. Broad Street) and Bowe Street (609 Bowe Street) Parking Decks. Both parking decks open at 4:00 PM for special event parking. Drive-up purchases are credit card only.

There are limited on-street, meter-controlled parking spots with pedestrian and transit access to Siegel Center.

Please note: The deadline to transfer pre-purchased parking passes is five (5) hours before the scheduled event time.

The following items are prohibited for all events at the Siegel Center:

• Weapons and illegal substances
• Food and beverage
• Artificial noisemakers, laser pointers, and other distracting devices
• Large bags (medically necessary and diaper bags allowed)
• Coolers and containers (including bottles, cups, and tumblers)
• Pets/Animals (with the exception of service dogs)
• Balloons, confetti, fireworks, balls, frisbees, and sticks
• Utility tools
• Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, professional cameras
• Solicitations or handouts
• Obscene or indecent clothing, signage, and language
• Wheelies, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and roller blades
• Wrapped packages
• Strollers (event dependent)
• Umbrellas (event dependent)
• Flowers, bouquets, and plants (event dependent)

Will call tickets can be picked up from the VCU Ticketing Office, located near the main entrance at 1200 W. Broad Street.

Will Call Office Hours:

• Special Events - 1 hour prior to the advertised showtime
• Men's Basketball - 1 hours prior to tip-off
• Women's Basketball - 1 hour prior to tip-off
• Volleyball - scheduled match time
