Accessible seating can be purchased through Paciolan or in person at the Ticket Office. Guests that require ADA Accessibility Seating must request this at the time of ticket purchase. Any patron who requires an interpreter or assistive listening device should contact the VCU Ticket Office at (804) 828-7267.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available for events at the Harrison and Broad Street parking deck. Only guests who display a disability placard or a disability license plate will be permitted to park in an accessible parking spot. The spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Stuart C. Siegel Center also has a drop-off area in front of the arena close to the main entrance at 1200 W. Broad Street.

The Harrison and Broad Street parking deck allows for direct access to the Stuart C. Siegel Center and is ADA accessible. Additional ADA-accessible parking is available in a variety of parking garages, street lots, and on-street parking near the Siegel Center. Please visit the VCU Parking page for more information.

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located throughout the Arena. All restrooms, drinking fountains, telephones, and counters at points of service are accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There are also accessible family restrooms located throughout the Arena.

Drop Off

Patrons that require an ADA-accessible entrance may utilize the drop-off zone located in the front of the building near the intersection of Broad and Harrison Street. Patrons will be able to access the main entrance to the facility via accessible ramps at the entrance.

Elevators

The elevator is located in the center of the lobby to allow guests access to the first (arena floor level) and third floors, event permitting. Guests with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at the elevator.
