Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., excluding University holidays.
Ticketing Policies
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Only purchases made through the VCU ticketing office and SeatGeek are supported by the Siegel Center.

Orders may be canceled without notice if it is determined that tickets were purchased with the sole intention of resale.

All ticket prices are subject to change.

Guests ages 3 and older require a ticket for all VCU Athletics events and special events at the Siegel Center
Ticket Onsales
Tickets are not available for purchase in-person for artist, venue, or special presales.
